To get started, submit your project details through our contact form at www.waveprintworks.com/custom, via email, or by phone. Please include all the necessary details listed under "What We Need for a Quote."
We’ll need the following information:
Product Details: Type of item(s), material preferences, or specific brands.
Design Specifications: Your design files (preferably vector format: .AI, .EPS, or .PDF), desired imprint area and size, and the number of colors in the design.
Order Details: Quantity per item/design and size breakdown (if applicable).
Timeline: Your desired delivery date or event deadline.
Shipping Information: Shipping address if delivery is needed.
We typically provide a quote within 1-3 business days after receiving all the necessary details.
Design Mockup: Once you approve the quote, we’ll create a digital mockup for your review. You can suggest revisions if needed.
Final Approval: After approving the mockup and quote, you’ll sign off on the Artwork Proof and confirm all details.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to start production.
Production lead times typically range from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the order size, complexity, and season. We recommend allowing at least 4 weeks to ensure enough time to address any potential road bumps
Yes, rush services may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire during the quote stage to discuss your timeline and options.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins. If you need to make adjustments, let us know as early as possible.
We prefer design files in vector format (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF). If you need assistance converting your files, we can help for an additional fee.
Orders can be shipped, picked up, or hand-delivered in certain cases. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
